Grad Finale Event
The Grad Finale event is approximately six weeks before the commencement ceremony and by invitation only for candidates.
- Photo ID required for entrance
- Graduation candidates will be able to:
- Obtain their graduation regalia (cap and gown) and guest tickets*
- Obtain 10 complimentary graduation announcements*
- Place an order for USF Law rings and diploma frames
- Place an order for personalized announcements
*Your signature will be required to obtain regalia, tickets, and announcements.
Grad Finale Location and Date
Location: Zief Library Terrace Room
Date & Time: Friday April 12, 2013 (10am - 6pm) & Saturday, April 13, 2013 (10am - 12pm)
This event is only open to students who receive an invitation (to be sent via email and placed in campus mail folders) to participate in the May 2013 commencement exercises. This is a drop-in event, not a full day event.
Students Who Cannot Attend the Grad Finale Event
Students who are unable to attend the Grad Finale have the option of sending a proxy to pick up their regalia, tickets and grad packet. They must provide their proxy with a signed letter with the following information:
- full name
- USF ID#
- height
- signature
Otherwise, they will be contacted by phone or email after the Grad Finale to pick up their tickets and grad packet in the Deans’ Office. Regalia will only be available at the Grad Finale and in the Gleeson Atrium on May 16th, 17th and 18th.
Regalia Distribution After the Grad Finale Event*
Location: Gleeson Library Atrium
Thursday, May 16, 2013 from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, May 17, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
