LL.M Admissions

Untitled Document The University of San Francisco Master of Laws (LL.M.) Program in International Transactions and Comparative Law for foreign lawyers is open to students who have received a law degree from a university outside the United States and who speak English fluently. The University of San Francisco Master of Laws Program in Intellectual Property and Technology Law is open to students who have received a law degree from an American or foreign university.

We begin accepting applications for the following academic year on September 1 of each year. Applications are considered for admission in the order completed, and applications are not considered until all required information and documentation has been received by the law school. Because we use a rolling admission system, applicants whose files are completed later during the application period may jeopardize their chances for admission.
