Maritime Law Journal Marks 20th Anniversary
Edward M. Bull III, an adjunct professor, and Editor-in-Chief Beverly Pankrat.
April 28, 2008 -- On April 11, approximately 65 people gathered to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Maritime Law Journal at the USF School of Law. The Maritime Law Journal is a student-run publication that discusses maritime issues, recent statutory changes, and case law developments.
Edward M. Bull III, an adjunct professor and one of the original founders of the publication, received an award of appreciation for his dedicated support of the journal. Bull presently teaches a maritime law class, along with his co-professor Stan Gibson, and runs the law journal's externship program. Bull is a maritime law practitioner in San Francisco and a partner at the firm Banning Micklow and Bull.
"We decided to honor Professor Bull because his support for the journal never wavered," Editor-in-Chief Beverly Pankrat said. "He is always available to answer questions, and always seems to have the best interests of the students in mind."
