Journal of Law and Social Challenges Symposium
Description :

This year's Journal of Law and Social Challenges Symposium, "The Future of U.S. Corporate Accountability and Oversight," will provide a forum for various stakeholders, lawyers, business leaders and academics to evaluate the future of U.S. corporate responsibility and oversight in the extractive, investment, and manufacturing and labor sectors, with a view toward identifying how policy, law, and the judiciary can play a positive role.
