Cometria Cooper Named One of National Bar Association’s Top Trailblazers Under 40

June 23, 2014

The National Bar Association has honored Assistant Director of Career Development Cometria Cooper ’09 with a Trailblazers Under 40 Award.

The Trailblazers Under 40 Awards honor attorneys under age 40 who have achieved prominence and distinction in their fields of endeavor—from the practice of law, to academia, business, civic and charitable affairs, the judiciary, or politics—and who have demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the goals and mission of the National Bar Association.

“Congratulations to our Assistant Director of Career Planning Cometria Cooper who will be honored as one of the National Bar Association's Top Attorneys under age 40,” said Dean John Trasviña. “As the only representative of a law school to be so honored, Cometria perfectly demonstrates USF School of Law's commitment to training the next generation of lawyers and leaders of America.”
