Prior to law school, Adjunct Professor Reilly was director of hotel development for Ramada, Inc. and worked for several years in Denmark and Sweden for various commercial and technology companies. For the past nine years, Reilly has worked in Silicon Valley and San Francisco as an attorney negotiating complex technology agreements with Tellme Networks, Inc., Microsoft Corp, and Yelp! Inc. Reilly is currently associate general counsel for Yelp! Inc. He teaches Technology Contract Drafting and has also taught Cyberlaw.
