Roger Cook

Adjunct Professor

Adjunct Professor Roger Cook is a partner in the firm of Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP. Cook has specialized in patent infringement litigation for more than 40 years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in trials and appeals. A majority of his cases have involved semiconductor and computer technology. At USF, Cook co-teaches a spring course in Antitrust and Intellectual Property Law with his partner Eugene Crew, who specializes in antitrust litigation. Professors Crew and Cook also teach this course at UC Hastings in the fall.
