Adjunct Professor Riddle is the managing partner for the law firm of Renne Sloan Holtzman & Sakai LLP, where he also supervises the election and government law practice. He received his bachelor's degree in biology from University of Notre Dame and received his JD from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he graduated with highest honors and received the Paul S. Jordan Outstanding Student Award. Riddle has advised and represented public and private clients in election law matters for more than 20 years. After serving as counsel to the San Francisco Registrar of Voters for 10 years, Riddle served as chief counsel to the California Secretary of State during the historic 2003 gubernatorial recall and the introduction of electronic voting systems in California. He also has served as counsel to the National Senate of the Republic of Palau.
