Adjunct Professor Harvey is a partner with Harvey Siskind LLP and counsel for the International Trademark Association. He has practiced law in San Francisco since 1972, focusing on trademark, copyright, and unfair competition litigation in U.S. Federal Courts. Among his clients are companies in the entertainment, publishing, computer, and communications industries, including high-tech businesses headquartered in Northern California. His recent papers and presentations include "Undressing Trade Dress, 2008: Where Are We?" at the International Trademark Association's Advanced Trademark Symposium and "Trademarks Rock: Ownership of Band Names After a Break-Up" at the Law Education Institute in 2008. Harvey teaches Entertainment and Media Law.
