Adjunct Professor Piasta II is partner at O'Brien, Watters, and Davis, LLP of Santa Rosa. He has been a trial lawyer since 1977, practicing in the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps and several Santa Rosa civil litigation firms, including Shapiro, Galvin, Shapiro, Piasta, & Moran. He specializes in civil litigation and trial practice with an emphasis on elder abuse, real estate, business employment, and personal injury litigation. He is a co-author of California Civil Discovery Handbook, and is an instructor for various bar association and lay groups on combating elder financial abuse. Piasta team teaches Discovery Practice.
