Adjunct Professor Lynch has practiced intellectual property law, including patent procurement, patent licensing, and patent and trademark litigation, for more than 40 years. He was a founding partner of the New York City law firm Felfe & Lynch, which represented a broad spectrum of clients in all aspects of intellectual property law. In 1998 the firm merged with Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, where Lynch was a partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group. Lynch is now a consultant and adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University, since 1997, and USF School of Law, since 2001. At USF, Lynch teaches Patent Licensing and International Intellectual Property Law.
