Jeniffer B. Alcantara

Adjunct Professor

Jeniffer Alcantara is the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) administrator and a staff attorney for the San Francisco Superior Court. She began mediating cases in 2001.  She has worked with a number of different court ADR programs including the San Mateo and Los Angeles Superior Courts.  Jeniffer is a former board member for the Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California.  She has been co-teaching the USF mediation clinic since 2008.  She has given a number of lectures and trainings on topics such as small claims mediation, mediating with self-represented litigants, mediation confidentiality, mediator ethics, mandatory settlement conference, judicial arbitration, ADR program building, and more.  Jeniffer received her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law and her Masters in Dispute Resolution at the Straus Institute at Pepperdine.
