Iain A. Macdonald

Adjunct Professor

Adjunct Professor Macdonald has practiced bankruptcy law for close to 40 years and has taught the Bankruptcy class at USF several times since 1984. He is an active member of the Insolvency Law Committee of the California State Bar’s Business Law Section, and, in both 2010 and 2011, spoke at the State Bar Convention as well as the annual meeting of the California Bankruptcy Forum on bankruptcy issues. He has written and spoken extensively for the California Education of the Bar. Last year, the California Bankruptcy Forum Journal published his article about individual chapter 11 cases. Macdonald was recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer by Super Lawyer magazine in 2010 and 2011. He teaches Bankruptcy.
