Gregory S. Gilchrist

Adjunct Professor

Greg Gilchrist has successfully represented a wide range of clients, including small scale to Fortune 500 companies in litigation, trials and appeals before state and federal courts. Although he currently focuses his practice on intellectual property and antitrust litigation, his clients consult him on a wide variety of problems. In the course of his practice, he has handled employment litigation arising out of a lay-off and dealer termination cases arising out of distribution policy enforcement. He handles national and global brand enforcement projects for famous consumer products.

Outside of litigation, Mr. Gilchrist regularly advises clients on matters involving brand protection and product distribution and has handled negotiations in a wide variety of commercial disputes. He has worked closely with clients to design processes and programs that lawfully implement their commercial strategies. His extensive experience in pre-litigation counseling includes serving on a number of client policy committees and training teams.

In 2012, Mr. Gilchrist was recognized as a Northern California "Super Lawyer" in the area of Intellectual Property by SuperLawyers magazine.
