Biographical Note:
Professor Mounts was the founding director of the law school’s Intensive Advocacy Program and was a co-director of the Criminal Law Clinic. While on leave she was a senior trial attorney in the Criminal Section, Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Professor Mounts has served as the law school’s Associate Dean and she has been a visiting professor at UC Berkeley.
