Reiley retired in 2006 after 47 years of teaching law, including 35 years at the USF School of Law where he taught courses in constitutional law, contracts, commercial law, and international law. His publications include The American Legal System for Foreign Lawyers (Wolters Kluwer, 2011), co-authored with Professor Connie de la Vega, Security Interests in Personal Property (West, Third Edition 1999–2009), International Sales Contracts: The U.N.
