David Greene

Adjunct Professor

Adjunct Professor David Greene is executive director of the First Amendment Project, a nonprofit organization providing legal and educational resources relating to free speech, press, petition, and information. Greene has significant experience litigating First Amendment issues in state and federal courts and is one of the country's leading advocates for freedom of expression in the arts. He serves as chair of the Teaching Committee of the American Bar Association Forum on Communications Law, on the steering committee of the Free Expression Network, and on the advisory board to the Free Expression Policy Project. Greene teaches First Amendment: Free Speech, Press, and Petition.
