Andrea Freeman

Visiting Professor

Visiting Professor Andrea Freeman’s scholarship interrogates the intersection of economics, policy, and structural inequality, particularly in the areas of consumer debt, health, and food. Her publications appear or are forthcoming in the Arizona Law Review, UC Irvine Law Review, California Law Review, Columbia Journal of Race and Law, Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review, and Berkeley Technology Law Journal. After graduating from the UC Berkeley School of Law, she clerked for Judge Jon O. Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and former Chief Judge José A. Fusté of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. She has also taught at Santa Clara University School of Law and California Western School of Law.
