Amy N. Paul

Adjunct Professor

Amy N. Paul is a certified family law specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Paul advises clients on the legal, custodial, and financial issues in their dissolution of marriage, domestic partnership, and non-registered partnerships. Her practice includes mediation, collaborative practice, litigation, and consultation throughout the Bay Area. She is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, San Francisco Collaborative Practice Group, its Protocols Committee, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Paul serves regularly as a settlement conference master for the San Francisco Superior Court, has been appointed as Minor's Counsel, and is a member of National Association of Counsel for Children. She has also trained lawyers on civil contempt proceedings through the Bar Association of San Francisco. Paul is a partner at Pierson, Coats, Palash & Paul.
