USF has the honor of welcoming Fr. Gerard Jean-Juste and Dr. Paul Farmer to campus on September 11th for two events:
- 12:15 p.m.: at the annual Mass of the Holy Spirit, Fr. Gerard Jean-Juste of Haiti will be
awarded an honorary doctorate by University President Fr. Stephen Privett, S.J.
- 4:00 p.m.: Dr. Paul Farmer will deliver a public lecture on “Using Medicine as a Tool for Social
Justice”
