Memberships

"Members" of the Koret Center are defined as current students taking class on campus enrolled in matriculating degree program, faculty/staff, alumni, neighbors or others affiliated with USF who have a current annual or monthly membership.
 
(15-use pass holders are not considered members). Members may use the Koret Center during all open building hours.

For information regarding eligibility and Koret memberships, please call (415) 422-6821. Anyone who is eligible for, but has not purchased an annual membership, is defined as "member eligible" but must pay non-member rates. Senior rates apply to anyone 55 or older. Youth rates apply to persons 17 years of age and younger. Children 2 and younger are free.  All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-members participating in programs after 2:00 pm are allowed to enter the building 30 minutes prior to the program. Program refunds are available only if requested a minimum of seven days prior to the start of the program, unless otherwise noted. Fees are not pro-rated and there are no make-up sessions.

Memberships are available on an annual basis with the exception of young alumni. Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Young alumni memberships are available on a monthly basis. Checks, cash, Mastercard and VISA are accepted. New members will receive cards to identify them as KORET CENTER members. USF/Koret ID card must be carried and shown upon request at all times.

Members are entitled to bring two guests per visit and must pay the day use guest fee. Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times and have no in and out privileges.

Family memberships are available in two categories: single-parent and two-parent families. Single-Parent Family: defined as the member and his/her children 17 and under residing in his/her home. Two-Parent Family: defined as the member, his/her legal spouse and their children 17 and under residing in his/her home. Children 18 and over, or other relatives living with the member, do not qualify as family members but are eligible to join at the individual neighborhood membership rate. These family members may only join if the individual eligible for the membership joins. All children 17 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times in the facility unless enrolled in a USF Koret program.

All members are required to sign a waiver and comply with all facility policies.

Should membership fees increase at any time, annual membership rates will be honored until such membership is up for renewal, at which time the new rates will be assessed. All members shall receive notification of rate increases prior to implementation. Membership fees do not include programs. There may be restrictions and stipulations on some memberships.
