PMO Process

The USF PMO is based on best practices and leverages proven frameworks. This flexible methodology allows our project team to quickly deploy and customize an approach which best meets our customers' requirements.

The USF PMO Project Lifecycle methodology includes project management tools and templates to enable project managers to successfully manage projects from inception to close, mentor and train IT resources in project management leading practices, and develop and institutionalize good project management standards across IT. The success of the PMO is derived exclusively from the success of its customers.

Project Lifecycle

The USF PMO Project Lifecycle methodology supports Standard and Fast Track projects. All initiated projects are assessed by the Project Portfolio Management committee.
