The Project BOB Website
Project BOB has been established in order to replace the University's current
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, SCT Plus, which is coming to the
end of its life.
The University's ERP system consists of Student and Financial Aid Information,
Human Resources, Finance and Advancement, along with a variety of self-service
tools. It is estimated that the migration of our existing ERP system to a new
one will take approximately 3 years.
UPDATE: June 17, 2008
Mostly Live: Most of our project modules are live now, with the teams working on post go-live issues. In progress are E-Timesheets, with a progressive summer roll-out schedule. The project officially closes in November of 2008.
