Subject: USF Signs Contract for New Core Admin System

Dear USF Community,
I write to officially inform you that the University signed the software and
maintenance contracts with SunGard SCT. We successfully purchased the Banner
product suite as our new Enterprise Resource & Planning (ERP) system. The
signing of the contracts marks the official beginning of our project to replace
the University's core administrative system.
The first of our SunGard SCT consultants will arrive on campus next week to
begin the development of the master project plan in conjunction with key University
members.

It will be updated regularly as we progress through the migration to the new
SunGard SCT Banner system. As always, if you have any questions, please contact
