Subject: Core Admin System (ERP) Project Update

Dear Colleagues,
Just wanted to provide you with an update on how the demonstrations are progressing
for the vendor selection portion of our ERP project.
This week we are viewing Datatel’s ERP solution, Colleague. So far, the
demonstration is going fine. Thanks to those of you who have taken time out
of your schedule to attend any of the sessions – or plan to!
Next week our last vendor will be on campus, Oracle/PeopleSoft, from Tuesday,
July 26 through Thursday, July 28. The current agenda is available on our ERP
project website at http://www.usfca.edu/its/projects/erp – as always,
feel free to attend any sessions that may interest you.
