Subject: Core Admin System (ERP) Project Update

Dear Colleagues,

First, thank you to all who were able to attend this week’s SunGard SCT Banner demonstration. It was a long three days and your participation in, and feedback on, the various sessions is greatly appreciated. We did digitally record the sessions, so if you are interested in viewing a session you were unable to attend, please let me know and I will arrange to get a copy of the presentation to you.

Starting Wednesday of next week, July 20, we have our second ERP vendor demonstration; Datatel. They will be demonstrating their Colleague solution. The current agenda for the 3-day demo is available on our ERP project website – http://www.usfca.edu/its/projects/erp – and all USF community members are invited to come to any of the sessions that may be of interest.

The replacement of the University’s core administrative system (ERP) is a critical project for USF. If you have any questions about the project please contact me or visit our project website at the address noted above.
