USF provides cable TV services primarily to the University residence halls and select public areas. All on-campus residence halls except for Loyola Village receive cable TV services from Direct TV through ITS. The Loyola Village and Pedro Arrupe residence halls receive TV services from Comcast.

How do I program my digital TV to receive all the University channels?
If you have a digital TV, it is important to auto program your TV to ensure you are viewing all the available channels. Exact details on how to auto program or auto tune digital TVs vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and from model to model. These instructions are generalizations that are meant to describe the way most TVs accomplish this feature. For best results, refer to the owner's manual for the specific TV you are working with.
- Using the TV's remote control, follow these general steps:
- Press the "Power" button to turn on the TV
- Press the "Menu" Button
- Select "Set-Up"
- Select "Antenna" then "Cable"
- Select "Auto Program/Auto Tune" then "OK"
What if I have an old TV?
Most televisions sold after 2005 have an integrated QAM tuner required for the new upgraded service. If your television does not have an integrated QAM tuner, you will need to purchase an integrated TV tuner like the one linked below*. These tuners may also be found at Radio Shack or Best Buy.
