management software program. This workshop will introduce students to
the basic features of Blackboard along with tips for success when using
Blackboard. The workshop will include:
* downloading files and viewing multimedia * using the discussion board forum * taking an online quiz * submitting an assignment * submitting a Turnitin assignment

develop and distribute spreadsheets. Includes worksheet creation,
formulas, formatting, tips, and more.

PowerPoint Best Practices for Mac and PC Monday, February 13, 12:15-1:15pm
Ever have a PowerPoint presentation not
show as expected? Problems with video and audio? We will show you how to
safely embed images, audio and video elements into PowerPoint
presentations. Find out how to make your presentation work on any
computer and at any location. Previous experience using PowerPoint is
required for this class. You are more than welcome to bring your own
laptop to the workshop.

gathering is made so easy through online Google Forms. Want to find out
which date is good for your club to meet, or get feedback for your last
event? Learn how to create secure online forms for polls and surveys.
You can create simple questions and answers, multiple choices,
checkboxes, and more. Send your form through email to targeted
audiences, and collect data displayed in various formats.

Using the USFwiki (Wikispaces)

An introduction to the USFwiki
application. Learn how to create a collaborative wiki website. This wiki
application is for students, faculty and staff who want to create a
collaborative website for use with other USF community members. In this
workshop we will create a collaborative wiki workspace and discuss
options for using a wiki.
