Use the Technology Reservation Request form if you would like to have a video technician record your lecture or event.
After completing the online form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding the status of your request. If your request is approved, a video
technician will arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the recording. After the recording has taken place, you will be notified when the content has been posted to the streaming/iTunes U server or burned to DVD. This process can take anywhere from 24-48 hours to complete.
Steaming media content can be accessed from a Blackboard course shell or from your faculty/staff or department webpage. These options are provided to you when you complete the online form (see above). Support for this process is provided through the CIT. Please email cit@usfca.edu if you have questions.
If you have pre-recorded audio or video content that you or someone else recorded, and would like to make it available from the Streaming or iTunes U servers, please e-mail cit@usfca.edu for further support.
