How long does it take before the media file is posted to the streaming server?
Typically, expect a 48-hour (business hours, Monday - Friday) turnaround-time from the time the media content is either recorded or recieved and the time it is posted to the server. Expect a longer wait if there is more editing involved in the production of the media content.
If I click on a QuickTime video file to play it and in Internet Explorer I receive the prompt to Block or Unblock this program, what should I do?
