Videotaping

Video and Audio Recording: Student technicians are available to record classes and academic or administrative events on main campus. Scheduling for a student tech is done through the Technology Reservation Request form. Reservations must be made at least one week prior to the date of the recording. If you need assistance with the form, or want to follow up on a request, please contact the Help Desk, which serves as the primary point of contact for taping requests. Late requests may be made through the Help Desk.

Video Streaming and Podcasting: Podcasting through iTunes University and video streaming on the University's Ensemble Streaming server are available to interested faculty/staff/student organizations. For more information about these services, please check the Podcasting and Streaming Services website.

Reserving Digital Camcorders and Cameras: Digital camcorders, cameras, and voice recorders can be checked out by faculty/staff/students through the Center for Instruction (CIT) and Technology  for a maximum period of one week. Call x2223 or e-mail cit@usfca.edu if you have any questions about this service.

CIT, located in the School of Education Building, provides resources such as loaner iPods and cameras as well as media workstations and VHS-DVD do-it-yourself transfers.(x2223)
