Inactive Status

Faculty who have not taught for 18 months will have all services drop unless they have another role, such as Student or Alumni.

Retired Faculty

In some cases, retired faculty are granted permanent access to a limited set of services, including USF Connect, email, and Employee Self Service. The Retired Faculty role is granted by the Provost's Office.

Librarians

Librarians who are teaching have faculty access privileges.
