Student Telephone Billing Information

ANNOUNCEMENT

As of the Fall semester 2007, in USF residence halls ITS is providing telephone service to local numbers only. As of September 2007, resident students will no longer receive telephone bills.

DISPUTES

For questions and student billing disputes prior to the Fall semester 2007, please contact the ITS Help Desk at Lone Mountain North, second floor in person, by calling 415-422-6668, or via e-mail to itshelp@usfca.edu. 

PAYMENTS

Payments for usage charges incurred prior to the Fall Semester of 2007 can be made in person at the One Stop office located in Lone Mountain Main, 2nd floor.  Please contact the One Stop office at 415-422-2020 for further information.

REPAIRS

Please report telephone repairs to the ITS Help Desk by calling 415-422-6668, or email to itshelp@usfca.edu for assistance. An ITS staff memberwill contact you once we have received your request.
