The Finance and Vendor Management
group provides comprehensive support to the business processes of Information
Technology Services (ITS). Our group monitors the budget of ITS and generate
financial reports to assist the CIO, Directors, Managers and ITS staff
in managing IT projects and routine operations. We conduct vendor research,
negotiate IT equipment acquisition and service related contracts. Our
group also engages in IT benchmarking surveys and data analysis. We are
the overall support group to serve and provide assistance to fulfill
the ITS’s financial
and contract management needs.
