ITS provides personal website hosting services for all students, faculty and staff via DonsApps Sites, USF's branding of Google Apps Sites. Access DonsApps from the E-mail or Calendar icons in USFconnect and then click 'Sites'. For assistance setting up your site, see the following USFanswers solutions:
Website Hosting
ITS also hosts the USF public website, www.usfca.edu. Access to this site is granted to faculty, staff and student organizations that need to maintain organizational or institutional web pages. These pages use Ektron, the university's web content management system, which allows for storage of content in a database for multiple uses on the USF web site as well as content updating by non-technical users.
Website Development
The Web Services department in Academic & Enrollment Services provides university web development services, including website development and migration to the university content management system; web form and survey development; multimedia development such as online PowerPoint, animated banners and podcast briefs; and web analytics reporting.
