The USFconnect portal is USF's online hub for accessing a
multitude of resources. USFconnect provides access to communication resources and web-based services, from announcements and DonsApps to self-service tools.
Access to many services is provided with a single sign-on, so you do not have to enter your username and password repeatedly to access different services. The USFconnect account username and password also provides access to the USF network and USFwireless.

Posting Announcements
- Only authorized and trained "Power Users" have the authority to send USFconnect messages. Check with your department's program assistant or
administrative assistant to find out who in your group can send USFconnect messages or click on the link to view the Power Users list.
- If you do not have a Power User, you can submit your request via e-mail to usfconnect@usfca.edu. Be sure to send your requests at least 48 hours in advance, as we cannot guarantee a posting can be made immediately.
- To have a department representative added to the Power Users group, a department head should submit the request through this form (www.usfca.edu/communications/email_outreach/usfconnect) ,. All requests must be approved by the Office of E-Communications.
- Before individuals are given Power User access they must attend training on the USFconnect messaging system. The Office of E-Communications is monitoring all USFconnect emails. Power users who do not comply with message content, targeting, delivery mode and/or duration policies will have their access privileges revoked.
Please review the revised USFconnect Messaging Policy.
