Services for Loyola Village Non-Student Residents

Phone, Cable TV and Internet

  • For phone or cable TV service, Loyola Village non-student residents must arrange service with a service provider such as AT&T (800-310-2355) or Comcast (800-945-2288).
  • For Internet service, non-student residents may use a USF Ethernet connection for $50/month or contract with an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • To arrange service, please contact the provider directly, schedule a technician visit and give the appointment information (date and time and assigned telephone number) to the Help Desk.
  • ITS will grant access to the building’s telephone or cable closet to the service provider technician and handle the inside wiring and jack activation.
