Technology Request Form

Student technicians are available to video and audio tape classes, academic or administrative events. To request recording and/or media production and distribution services, please use our newly revised Technology Reservation Request form available through USFconnect. After logging-into USFconnect, click on the Employee or Faculty tab and locate the "Request Equipment or Media Services from ITS" link on the left sidebar. Reservations must be made at least 48-hours (72-hours if submitted on Saturday) prior to the date of the recording.
