Monthly Service Metrics

Each month, ITS reports key statistics about its work. These metrics are by no means exhaustive; however, they do represent many core ITS functions. Metrics help us analyze the impact of changes and time of year on our infrastructure, systems, staff workload and productivity, as well as identify trends and make strategic decisions.

We hope our metrics will also help our clients better understand the services we provide.
