In ITS, we serve learners: students learning new concepts and skills, faculty learning new teaching methods, staff learning more efficient ways to get their jobs done. We serve these learners both directly and indirectly, by helping them to access resources and try out new tools, as well as by providing the infrastructure that makes everything else possible.
While we serve learners, we are learning ourselves. We learn by collaborating with our colleagues across the University, searching for solutions to problems large and small. We learn by reaching out to our colleagues at other institutions, and by querying research groups and consultants.
ITS is committed to quality systems and responsive service. We strive to be a trusted partner, working together with faculty, staff and students to create a dynamic learning environment. Call us with your IT question or problem; if it is new to us, we'll learn about it together.
