Search the new ITS Online Support portal 24 hours a day for answers to USF-specific computer questions and thousands of help topics for standard applications. If you don't find what you're looking for, you can create an online Help Request without having to call or write the Help Desk. The Online Support portal may also be reached from a tab in USFconnect.

General Resources
Project Highlight
The University is just beginning the ERP Project. ERP, which stands Enterprise Resource Planning, is the core administrative system for the University and stores all our data related to students, human resources, finance, advancement, etc. Our current system, SunGard SCT's Plus, is coming to the end of its life, requiring the University to migrate to a new system. We are currently in the vendor selection process. Our three vendor choices are: Datatel, SunGard SCT Banner and Oracle/PeopleSoft.
