
Each year before Thanksgiving, USF celebrates International Education Week, a chance to celebrate cultural exchange and strengthen global perspective.
IEW 2011 will be celebrated November 14–18. Below you will find list of all the events taking place for IEW. Feel free to contact ISSS with any questions or if you would like to get involved.
Monday, November 14 —
Graffiti Wall “Where I’m From”
11:30am to 1:30pm
Come to our activity in Gleeson Plaza where you can share thoughts about your culture and country to be displayed on the construction wall.
International Trivia Night
7:00pm to 8:30pm
Test your international and cultural knowledge at Hayes Healy Residence Hall lounge!
Tuesday, November 15 —
Global Village
11:30am to 1:30pm
Check out the different cultural tables that will be set up on the UC 4th floor.
Around the World in Two Minutes
12:00pm to 12:45pm
While you’re enjoying the Global Village take part in a fun activity that will allow you to meet all new people from different cultures and countries.

Chat with different international students while having dinner at the Market Café! We will have different language tables set up so you can learn how to say “hello” in over 8 different languages.

USF Internationalization Panel Discussion

USF Soccer World Cup
12:00pm to 4:00pm
Come on all soccer playing nations, get a team together and come play! Don't let your country go unrepresented! Sign up by emailing ISSS to be part of a team and participate at this Tournament, or simply come watch!
6:00pm to 9:00pm
Culturescape is an annual event hosted by the International Student Association (ISA), with support from ISSS, that celebrates the international cultures at USF. The event is comprised of both cultural performances and cuisine from around the world. Tickets are now on sale at Market Cafe during lunch (11:30am–1:45pm).
