The
Intellectual Property Law
Bulletin is a student-run
legal journal focusing on current trends in intellectual property law.
The Bulletin was first published in 1996 under the leadership of
Professor J. Thomas McCarthy as a forum for upper-division students to
express their ideas on intellectual property and to publish their
works.
Since its inception, the Bulletin has grown to become one of the
preeminent intellectual proprety publications in the country.
The Bulletin now includes articles from students, professors, and
practitioners on diverse areas
of intellectual property ranging from patents to cyberlaw. The Bulletin
also includes a survey
of many of the cutting-edge intellectual property cases in the country.
The Bulletin is available on Westlaw and HeinOnline and will soon be
available on LexisNexis.
