SUBMISSIONS

The University of San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Bulletin cordially invites the submission of papers, articles, and essays of a legal and scholarly nature. 

Articles are accepted on an ongoing basis and will be published in the edition closest to the submission date.

The Bulletin is mailed to subscribers in the Bay Area legal community, as well as to law schools around the country. The Bulletin is also available on Westlaw.



SUBSCRIPTIONS
 
We are soliciting articles or essays addressing legal issues in the following areas:

    * Cyberspace Law
    * Trademarks
    * Copyright
    * Patents
    * Trade Secrets
    * Entertainment Law
    * Bio Law
    * Antitrust
    * E-Commerce

To be considered for publication in the Bulletin, manuscripts should be submitted by email to iplb@usfca.edu in Microsoft Word format. All submitted manuscripts should be double-spaced and properly footnoted, with citations conforming to the latest edition of 'The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.' Submissions must include the author's address, telephone number, and e-mail address. In addition, the author should send a curriculum vitae, and a short abstract (no more than 300 words) of the paper.
