HR Professional and Organization Development

HR Professional and Organization Development provides an array of learning opportunities, including workshops, seminars and online programs.  These programs are available for staff and faculty.  Our goal is to provide intelligent solutions to the issues that supervisors, managers and administrators encounter everyday.

Our Mission and Work

Our mission is to provide smart solutions to every-day work problems. To help accomplish this we offer critical information, support, resources and training to help departments build infrastructure and capacity.

The learning experiences we provide help to:

  • Promote professional and personal growth
  • Support relationship building and collaboration
  • Help maintain a culture of exemplary service
  • Fashion a workplace that is safe, equitable and knowledgeable
  • Compliment the USF mission, vision and values

**Customized workshops may also be requested to meet the specific needs of a department.  Contact Michele Centrella (extension 2833) for your special requests.
