Remember to take care of yourself.

The Health Promotion Services sponsors the Random Acts of Wellness program to enable students at the University of San Francisco to take personal responsibility of their health and well-being.

Our goal is to provide students with resources needed to maintain optimal health, while attending the University of San Francisco, and to instill behavioral changes, which focuses on wellness as being a state of mind and body that should be maintained daily throughout their lifetime.

On random days, throughout the semester, our office offers free massages from a licensed massage therapist, helpful advice about our programs and services, and general tips on how to stay healthy.

Therefore, come check us out. Visit this link for our dates and times: Random Acts of Wellness
