Location, Appointment and Hours

Students can call or go online to schedule an appointment at one of the Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) clinics. Plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.  Please don't forget your insurance card or USF student ID.

A valid USF student ID and an insurance card must be presented before receiving health care services. If you have Aetna school insurance, you may print your Aetna ID card. (To find your USF student ID number, login to USF Connect.)

If you do not know your health insurance information, please contact Health Promotion Services at (415) 422-5797 or hps@usfca.edu. Although HPS staff can offer assistance, it is ultimately the student responsibility to determine his or her insurance coverage.

If you are NOT registered for credit hours (summer and winter intersessions), you can still be seen at DMHG but your health insurance or you will be responsible for all the cost associated with your visit to DHMG clinics.
