Who We Are

University of San Francisco Emergency Response Service (EMRs) is a collegiate based emergency response system that is designated to improve health and safety on the hilltop campus and community for students, faculty and bystanders.

The EMRs is completely run by students and meets high standards of excellence for patient care. USF EMRs allows student participants to develop life skills including leadership, communication, decision-making and business acumen.

National Collegiate Emergency Medical Services Foundation (NCEMSF) Member

We are a proud member of NCEMSF. NCEMSF is a non-profit professional organization committed to scholarship, research and consultant activities and to creating a safer, healthier environment on college and university campuses. NCEMSF was founded in 1993 and is currently compromised of approximately 200 college campus based emergency medical service agencies. Its purpose is to support, promote and advocate emergency medical services on college and university campuses nationwide.
