HPV: $154.00University of San Francisco contracts with St. Mary's Medical Center to manage the USF Student Health Clinic (SHC) located at 450 Stanyan St., 2 West (Second Floor).
USF students are eligible to access SHC during regular business hours regardless of their health insurance plan. A valid USF student ID must be presented before receiving health services at SHC.
There is no charge associated with SHC visit with the Nurse Practitioner; however, fees may be incurred if laboratory, and radiology tests are needed to evaluate students' health concerns. The student or his/her insurance plan will be responsible for the following fees, emergency room visits, hospitalization, urgent care, immunizations, SMMC medical doctors' visits, lab tests, X-ray, etc. Students are strongly encouraged to carry their health insurance card with them at all times.
Please note, USF Student Health Clinic will not provide contraceptives services in any form. Students seeking further reproductive health services will be referred to their insurance plan to a list of OB-GYN providers for consultation. Hormonal therapy to regulate menstruation cycles or to reduce symptoms of dysmenorrheal (painful menses) may be initiated by USF Student Health Clinic Nurse Practitioners as a part of short-term therapy.
Pharmacy
Neither SHC nor St. Mary's Medical Center dispenses medication. The nearest pharmacy is Lucky on Fulton Street. Students must have a current prescription for their medication.
Appointments
Students can call 415.750.4980 to schedule a same day appointment. Students will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Hours of Operation
Mondays - Fridays: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm, 1:00 - 5:00 pm Closed daily from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch. Saturday and Sunday: Closed.
