Stress Less Day

According to the American College Health Association, the number-one health impediment to academic performance is stress. Health Promotion Services staff plans a Stress Less Day event every Fall semester.

Thank you to all who came and participated at our event on Thursday, October 2 at Gleeson Plaza. We can't wait to do it again next year.

This event will have free mini-manicures, doggie play, free massages, acupuncture, make your own potpourri, henna, and other de-stressing activities! Our participants are available to highlight available resources for students to cope with stress in effective ways.
